320 g Beef Tenderloin

Step 1 : Cook the Rice

Rinse the rice thoroughly. In a pot, bring water, a cinnamon stick, and 1 tsp of salt to a boil. Add rice, cook uncovered for 1 minute, then cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 12 minutes. Remove from heat

Step 3 : Cook the Beef

Heat a cooking pan with a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the beef strips seasoned with salt, and pepper, and cook for 6 minutes or until brown.

Step 2 : Prep the Ingredients

Season beef tenderloin strips with smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Quarter the button mushrooms. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and parsley. Dice the red and yellow bell peppers.

Step 4 : Simmer the Stew

Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in butter, onion, and garlic until translucent. Add vegetable stock and simmer for 8 minutes. Add cream, simmer for 7 minutes, then add bell peppers and tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper, simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream and simmer for 2 more minutes.
