Cooking Instructions


Step 5 : Mash the Potatoes

Mash the cooked potatoes with a fork or potato ricer. Mix in cooking cream, and the remaining parsley, and season with salt and pepper.

320 g Chicken Breast
135 g Fresh Lemon
4 g Thyme
10 g Fresh Parsley
300 ml Water
1 unit Vegetable Cube
40 ml Soy Sauce
30 g Honey
40 ml Cooking Cream

Step 1 : Cook the Potatoes

Halve and quarter the potatoes. In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the potatoes for 20 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside in the pot.

Step 3 : Prep the Ingredients

While cooking the chicken. Slice the lemon. Strip the leaves of the thyme and chop. Finely chop parsley leaves.

Step 2 : Sear the Chicken

Heat a pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts, searing each side for 2-4 minutes.

Step 4 : Simmer the Sauce

To the chicken, add thyme, vegetable cubes, soy sauce, honey, and lemon slices. Pour in the water. Boil, then simmer on medium heat for 8-10 minutes until the sauce thickens. Stir in half of the chopped parsley before serving.

Step 6 : Serve and Enjoy!

Place mashed potatoes on plates. Top with the sticky lemon soy chicken and any remaining sauce.
