Before you start
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Step 5 : Make the Salad
Cut the red and white cabbage into thin slices. Cut the cucumber into thin diagonal slices, and then cut into thin strips. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze. Chop spring onion. Pick coriander leaves. In a mixing bowl, place white, red cabbage, lime juice, a pinch of black pepper, and salt, and mix everything gently using your hands.

7 g Garlic
2 g Coriander Powder
2 g Chinese 5 Spice
400 g Lamb Chop
20 g Honey
10 ml Soy Sauce
10 ml Toasted Sesame Oil
100 g White Cabbage
100 g Red Cabbage

120 g Fresh Lemon

Step 3 : Cook the Rice
Wash and rinse the rice. Bring water to boil in a cooking pot, and add salt. Pour the rice, and cook uncovered for 1 minute. Put the lid on and cook for 12 minutes on low fire once cooked, remove from the heat.
Step 2 : Marinate the Lamb Chopsv
Place lamb chops, garlic, ginger, sugar, Chinese 5 spices, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 4 : Sear the Lamb
Place the lamb chops on a cooking pan over medium heat, sear each side for 6 minutes, or cook until your desired doneness is achieved.
Step 6 : Serve and Enjoy!
Plate the cooked rice, place the lamb chop on top, and serve with the side salad.
