Before you start

Cooking Instructions


Step 5 : Final Touches

Combine the cooked noodles with the beef and vegetable mixture, tossing for 3-5 minutes. Stir in the spring onion and coriander, and season with black pepper and salt. Toss for another 1-2 minutes.

280 g Beef Tenderloin Strips
40 g Hoisin Sauce
20 g Peanut
240 g Egg Noodles
4 g Homemade Thai Spice
2 g Chili Powder
80 g Lime

Step 1 : Prep the Ingredients

Boil a large pot of water. As it heats, peel and finely chop the garlic, thinly slice the red onion, slice the green bell pepper, shred the cabbage, and chop both coriander and spring onion.

Step 3 : Sauté the Veggies

To the beef, add the onion and garlic, cooking for a minute then add green bell pepper and cabbage to sauté for 5-7 minutes. Pour in the hoisin and soy sauce.

Step 2 : Pan-fry the Beef

Season the beef with salt and pepper. Heat a pan with olive oil over medium-high heat, then brown the beef strips for 6-9 minutes, and pour the Thai spice and chili powder (spicy) for the last 10-20 seconds.

Step 4 : Boil the Noodles

Wash and rinse the egg noodles. Once the water boils, cook the noodles for 2-4 minutes, then drain and rinse them under cold water.

Step 6 : Serve and Enjoy!

Serve the noodle dish garnished with crushed peanuts and lime for a fresh, tangy finish.
