Step 5 : Cook the Orzo
Boil pasta in salted water as per package instructions, then drain. Melt butter in the same pan, then toss cooked pasta with basil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 1 : Prep the Ingredients
Prepare the garlic by finely chopping half and thinly slicing the remainder. Slice the zucchini thinly. Strip and finely chop the thyme, dill, mint, and basil leaves. Halve the lemon.

Step 3 : Make the Sauce
Combine Greek yogurt, mint, dill, and finely chopped garlic in a bowl. Season with black pepper and salt.
Step 2 : Pan-fry the Cheese
Shape or slice the feta cheese and lightly dust it with cornstarch. In a pan over medium heat with oil, pan-fry the feta for 2 minutes on each side, then set aside.
Step 4 : Sauté the Prawns
In the same pan, cook prawns over medium heat for 4 minutes; remove and keep warm. Toss chickpeas with smoked paprika in the pan, cooking for 5 minutes until toasted. Add the sliced garlic, zucchini, thyme, sesame seeds, and chili flakes (spicy), sautéing for another 5 minutes.
Step 6 : Serve and Enjoy!
Spread the yogurt sauce on plates, add the sautéed pasta, and top with the spiced chickpeas, pan-fried feta, prawns, and a sprinkle of coriander leaves.
