Before you start

Preheat the oven to 180 Degrees Celsius. Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking. Boil a cooking pot of water.

Cooking Instructions


Step 5 : Make the Sauce

Melt butter in the same pan, sauté garlic, then whisk in flour. Slowly add vegetable stock and beef cooking liquid, season with salt and pepper.

350 g Baby Potato
7 g Garlic
100 g Green Beans
80 g Portobello Mushroom
60 g Oyster Mushroom
80 g Button Mushroom
6 g Fresh Parsley
320 g Beef Tenderloin
5 g Flour
20 g Butter
100 ml Home Made Vegetable Stock

Step 1 : Prep the Ingredients

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Halve baby potatoes, finely chop garlic, trim green beans, slice portobello mushrooms, shred oyster mushrooms, and slice button mushrooms. Finely chop parsley.

Step 3 : Pan-fry the Veggies

Heat a pan with oil over medium heat, add boiled potatoes, cook until charred, then toss in beans and most of the parsley. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2 : Roast the Beef

Boil potatoes for 15 minutes, adding beans towards the end. Drain and set aside. Season beef steak with salt and pepper, drizzle with oil, and roast for 10-15 minutes to desired doneness.

Step 4 : Sauté the Mushroom

In another pan, sauté portobello, button, and oyster mushrooms in oil until tender. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 6 : Serve and Enjoy!

Serve roasted sliced beef with charred potatoes, beans, mushrooms, and sauce. Garnish with remaining parsley.
