Step 5 : Cook the Steak
In a pan over medium-high heat with oil, cook the steak with crushed garlic and rosemary for 7-8 minutes per side.

Step 1 : Prep the Potatoes
Boil salted water in a pot, peel and quarter potatoes, cook them for 7-10 minutes, drain, and rinse in cold water.

Step 3 : Roast the Veggies
Combine boiled potatoes, mushroom slices, minced garlic, and thyme on an oven tray, drizzle with olive oil, mix, and roast for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are golden.
Step 2 : Prep the Ingredients
Finely chop half the garlic; smash the rest for the steak. Strip thyme leaves, slice the portobello mushroom, and chop chives and parsley.
Step 4 : Marinate the Beef
Season the beef tenderloin with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
Step 6 : Serve and Enjoy!
Serve the steak topped with garlic butter, roasted potatoes and mushrooms, garnished with chives and parsley.
