Cooking Instructions


Step 5 : Stir-fry the Noodles

In the same pan, sauté the onion until soft, then add garlic and mushrooms, cook for 3-5 minutes. Add the snow peas and beef back into the pan. Stir in the soy sauce, tamari, remaining miso paste, water, and noodles, and toss with sesame oil.

60 g Miso Paste
2 g Chili Powder
2 units Egg
90 g Red Onion
7 g Garlic
80 g Button Mushroom
40 g Snow Peas
40 g Red Radish
10 g Spring Onion
0 g Nori Sheets
200 g Thin Udon
20 ml Soy Sauce
50 ml Tamari Soy Sauce
60 ml Water
10 ml Toasted Sesame Oil
2 g Mixed Sesame Seeds
65 g Lime

Step 1 : Prep the Beef and Eggs

In a bowl, mix the beef strips with chili powder (spicy) and half the miso paste. Set aside. Boil the eggs in a pot of water for 5-10 minutes, then place in cold water, peel, and set aside.

Step 3 : Cook the Noodles

Cook the noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until tender, then drain and rinse with cold water.

Step 2 : Prep the Ingredients

Thinly slice the red onion, finely chop the garlic, slice the mushrooms and red radish, and cut the snow peas and spring onions. Tear the nori into pieces.

Step 4 : Pan-fry the Beef

In a pan over medium-high heat, cook the marinated beef strips in oil until brown, about 6-9 minutes, and set aside.

Step 6 : Serve and Enjoy!

Season with salt and pepper. Serve the noodles topped with radish, spring onions, the boiled egg, and sesame seeds, with a side of lime.
