Step 3 : Pan-fry with Veggies

Incorporate carrot and green peas, cooking for an additional 3-5 minutes. In the meantime, wash and rinse rice thoroughly.

Step 2 : Pan-fry the Beef

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, add ghee. Once hot, sauté garlic and onion until translucent. Add minced beef to the pan, cooking for 3-5 minutes. Season with allspice, salt, and black pepper.

Step 4 : Final Touches

Combine rice with the beef mixture, add vegetable stock, and bring to a boil. Season with salt and black pepper. Reduce heat to low, cover the pan tightly, and simmer for 15-18 minutes. Stir in half of the chopped parsley and fluff the rice before serving.

Plate the beef and rice mixture, garnishing with the remaining parsley. Serve with the yoghurt sauce on the side.
