Before you start

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Step 5 : Make the Salad

Slice cherry tomatoes in half and chop the green salad into bite-sized pieces. In a salad bowl, combine the greens and tomatoes, drizzle with the prepared dressing, and toss well to coat.

100 g Mayonnaise
10 g Dijon Mustard
2 g Chili Powder
50 g Lettuce Lollo Verde
50 g Lettuce Lollo Rosso
80 g Red Cherry Tomato
50 g Vinaigrette Dressing
6 g Shaved Parmesan Cheese

Step 1 : Season the Beef

To begin, thoroughly pat the beef dry and season each piece with salt and pepper.

Step 3 : Pan-fry the Beef

Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add oil. When the oil is hot, carefully place the breaded beef in the pan. Fry for about 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.

Step 2 : Prep the Beef

Prepare three separate dishes for breading: a dish for beaten eggs, a dish for flour mixed with onion powder, salt, and pepper, and a dish for breadcrumbs. Coat each beef in the flour mixture, shaking off excess, then dip into the beaten egg, and finally roll in breadcrumbs to evenly coat.

Step 4 : Roast the Beef

Transfer the fried beef to a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes. For the dressing, combine mayonnaise, mustard, a tablespoon of water per serving, a pinch of salt, black pepper, and chili powder (spicy) in a small bowl. Stir until well mixed.

Step 6 : Serve and Enjoy!

To serve, arrange the salad on plates and place the beef Milanesa on top. Garnish with shavings of Parmesan cheese for an extra touch of flavor.
