In a separate pan, sauté the chopped garlic before pouring the homemade sesame soy sauce. Bring this mixture to a boil, then add the cooked pasta. Allow the pasta to simmer in the sauce for 3-5 minutes, then add the kale and half of the spring onions, cooking until the kale has softened.

Step 1 : Marinate the Salmon
Ensure the salmon is dry before laying it skin-side up in a dish and pour the homemade miso glaze. Allow the salmon to marinate for approximately one hour.

Step 3 : Cook the Pasta
Cook the spaghetti pasta for 10-12 minutes. After cooking, drain the pasta thoroughly and set it aside for later.
Step 2 : Prep the Ingredients
Meanwhile, set a pot of salted water on a medium-high stove to boil. Prepare the garlic by peeling and finely chopping it. Pick the tender kale leaves for use, and slice the spring onions for garnish. Also, cut the lime into halves.
Step 4 : Roast the Salmon
Proceed to bake the marinated salmon in a preheated oven for 8-12 minutes, adjusting the time based on how well done you prefer your salmon.
Step 6 : Serve and Enjoy!
Distribute the pasta equally onto plates with the salmon. Garnish with mixed sesame seeds, the remaining spring onions, and lime.
