Step 3 : Sauté the Shrimp

Warm a pan over medium heat with a bit of olive oil. Season the prawns with a little salt and pepper, then sauté until they're golden, approximately 3-5 minutes, stirring often. Stir in the garlic and chili slices (spicy) for about 30 seconds to a minute, until aromatic. Remove and set aside half of the prawns for garnishing later.

Step 2 : Prep the Ingredients

Mince the garlic and slice the red chili pepper (spicy) thinly. Chop both the leaves and stems of the parsley and crush the pistachio nuts.

Step 4 : Final Touches

Toss the cooked spaghetti into the pan with the prawns, mixing in the reserved pasta water gradually. Stir in the olive oil and parmesan cheese, finishing with a sprinkle of chopped parsley.

Step 6 : Serve and Enjoy!

Plate the spaghetti, and garnish with the set-aside prawns and a scattering of crushed pistachio. Accompany with the crispy garlic bread to complete the meal.
