Step 5 : Bake the Pasta

Place the creamy pasta in a baking dish, sprinkle the remaining cheeses on top, and bake for 10 minutes until golden and bubbly. Meanwhile, prepare a salad by chopping lettuce and halving cherry tomatoes. Toss them in balsamic dressing for a refreshing side.

180 g Rigatoni Pasta
180 g White Onion
10 g Honey
7 g Garlic
100 g Button Mushroom
1 g Bay Leaves
3 g Thyme
6 g Worcestershire Sauce
200 ml Pasta's Cooking Water
1 g Chili Powder
200 ml Cooking Cream
40 g Gorgonzola Cheese
80 g Shredded Mozzarella
50 g Lettuce Lollo Rosso
50 g Lettuce Lollo Verde
60 g Red Cherry Tomato
5 g Shaved Parmesan Cheese

Step 1 : Cook the Pasta

Bring a pot of water to a boil over medium heat and season with salt. Cook the Rigatoni pasta for 8 minutes until "al-dente" or to your preference. Reserve a cup of pasta water for later.

Step 3 : Sauté the Ingredients

In a pan over medium heat, sauté the onion until soft, then add garlic, bay leaf, and thyme. Sweeten with honey, and red chili powder (spicy), and add the mushrooms, cooking until softened. Pour the Worcestershire sauce and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 2 : Prep the Ingredients

Peel and finely chop the garlic, thinly slice the onion, and mushroom, and finely chop the thyme.

Step 4 : Make the Sauce

Add the reserved pasta water to the onion mixture, then the cooking cream, and butter, and mix in the Rigatoni pasta. Stir through a portion of the gorgonzola and mozzarella cheeses, season with black pepper and salt, and let it simmer to combine flavors.

Step 6 : Serve and Enjoy!

Serve the hot, cheesy pasta bake with the crisp salad garnished with parmesan shavings. Enjoy this indulgent meal directly from the oven.
