Cooking Instructions


Step 5 : Make the Sauce

Pour in the measured water while stirring, and add the vegetable cube. Return the chicken to the pan and stir in the sour cream and mustard until incorporated. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.

180 g Fettuccine Pasta
2 g Garlic Powder
120 g White Onion
125 g Button Mushroom
15 g Butter
5 g Flour
300 ml Water
1 unit Vegetable Cube
6 g Dijon Mustard
60 ml Sour Cream
6 g Fresh Parsley

Step 1 : Cook the Pasta

Heat a cooking pot of salted water, once boiling add the fettuccine pasta and cook for 8-13 minutes. Drain.

Step 3 : Pan-fry the Chicken

Pat dry the chicken breast, and season it with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Heat a cooking pan and add oil once it's hot. Sear the chicken on each side for 3-4 minutes until it's browned, then set aside

Step 2 : Prep the Ingredients

Cut a white onion in half, peel it, and chop it finely. Slice the button mushrooms and chop the parsley with its soft stem.

Step 4 : Pan-fry the Veggies

In the same pan, melt butter and add the chopped onion and mushroom. Cook for 3-5 minutes, then dust with flour.

Step 6 : Serve and Enjoy!

Divide the pasta among plates, top it with chicken and the sauce, and sprinkle the chopped parsley over it.
