Step 5 : Toast the Bread

Evenly spread garlic butter on both sides of the bread slices. In a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat, toast the bread for 1 minute on each side until golden brown.

180 g Rigatoni Pasta
100 ml Pasta's Cooking Water
10 g Butter
5 g Garlic
200 g Button Mushroom
2 g Chives
7 g Fresh Parsley
150 ml Cooking Cream
15 g Parmesan Cheese
135 g White Bread, Sliced
45 g Garlic Butter
5 ml Truffle Oil

Step 1 : Cook the Pasta

Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the rigatoni pasta for 12-14 minutes until al dente. Before draining, reserve a cup of the pasta water for later use

Step 3 : Sauté the Mushroom

In a large pan over medium heat, melt the butter then add mushrooms and garlic, cooking for 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper

Step 2 : Prep the Ingredients

While the pasta cooks, peel and finely chop the garlic, thinly slice the mushrooms, and finely chop both parsley leaves and chives.

Step 4 : Make the Truffle Sauce

To the mushrooms, add cooking cream and reserved pasta water, simmering for 4-7 minutes. Incorporate the cooked rigatoni and parmesan cheese, mixing well. Stir in the parsley, adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper, then remove from heat. Drizzle in the truffle oil, mixing thoroughly.

Step 6 : Serve and Enjoy!

Garnish the creamy truffle rigatoni with chives and serve with the crispy garlic bread on the side
