Step 5 : Final Touches

Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large pan over medium heat, add cooked orzo and remaining basil. Finish with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

7 g Garlic
140 g Red Bell Pepper
7 g Thyme
7 g Basil Leaves
120 g Fresh Lemon
300 g Shrimp
15 g Cajun Seasoning
300 ml Cooking Cream
40 g Baby Rocket Leaves
10 g Butter
6 g Parmesan Cheese

Step 1 : Cook the Pasta

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil over medium heat, add orzo pasta, cook for 8-10 minutes, then drain and set aside.

Step 3 : Cook the Shrimp

In a pan with olive oil over medium heat, cook shrimp seasoned with salt and black pepper for 2-3 minutes until golden. Add Cajun spice (spicy), and cook for 30seconds.

Step 2 : Prep the Ingredients

Finely chop garlic, dice red bell pepper, chop basil leaves, and strip thyme leaves from the stem. Squeeze lemon juice into a bowl.

Step 4 : Make the Sauce

Add garlic, thyme, and red bell pepper to the pan, and cook on high heat for 3-5 minutes. Pour in cooking cream, add half the basil, and simmer for 3-5 minutes until sauce reduces. Season with salt and black pepper.

Step 6 : Serve and Enjoy!

Layer wild rocket on plates, add basil orzo, and top with creamy Cajun shrimp. Garnish with parmesan cheese
