Cooking Instructions


Step 5 : Final Touches

In another pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add mashed potatoes and season with salt and black pepper.

120 g White Onion
7 g Garlic
3 g Fresh Dill
280 g Minced Beef
2 g Nutmeg Powder
6 g All Spice
130 ml Water
1 unit Vegetable Cube
150 ml Cooking Cream
10 g Butter
80 g Cranberry Sauce

Step 1 : Boil the Potatoes

Bring a large pot of water with 1/2 tsp salt to a boil. Peel, and chop potatoes into cubes, boil for 15-20 minutes until tender, then drain and smash.

Step 3 : Pan-fry the Meatballs

Heat a non-stick pan with oil over medium-high heat. Pan-fry meatballs for 5-7 minutes until golden brown, then set aside. In the same pan, add more oil if needed. Sauté chopped white onion and garlic for 1-2 minutes until translucent, then return meatballs to the pan

Step 2 : Make the Meatball

In a bowl, mix minced beef with allspice, nutmeg, salt, and black pepper. Form the mixture into balls, about 8 per person.

Step 4 : Simmer the Sauce

Add water, vegetable cube, and cooking cream to the pan. Boil, then simmer on low for 5-7 minutes until sauce thickens.

Step 6 : Serve and Enjoy!

Finely chop dill for garnish. Serve meatballs over mashed potatoes, garnished with dill, and accompanied by
cranberry sauce.
