Before you start

Preheat the oven to 180 Degrees Celsius. Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables before cooking. Boil water.

Step 5 : Make the Sauce

Peel and mash the roasted garlic, mix with mayonnaise, a drizzle of oil, and season with black pepper and salt.

400 g Potato
280 g Chicken Breast
100 g Cream Cheese
50 g Parmesan Cheese
10 g Panko Bread Crumbs
2 g Dried Oregano
7 g Garlic
70 g Mayonnaise
200 g Broccoli

Step 1 : Roast the Potatoes

Chop potatoes into 2cm chunks, drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper, and roast for 12-15 minutes. Sprinkle some parmesan cheese and roast for another 7-9 minutes.

Step 3 : Bake the Chicken

Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden and cooked through. Then the garlic for 10 minutes, then cools it down.

Step 2 : Prep the Chicken

Wrap garlic in aluminum foil, drizzle with oil. In a shallow dish, combine panko breadcrumbs, dried oregano, most of the grated parmesan, olive oil, and black pepper. Spread cream cheese over each chicken breast, then top with breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently.

Step 4 : Blanch the Broccoli

Bring salted water to a boil, Cut the broccoli into florets, and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender. Drain the broccoli.

Step 6 : Serve and Enjoy!

Spread garlic mayo mixture on plates. Place baked cheesy chicken, roasted potatoes, and broccoli, serve with a side of garlic mayo.
