Before you start

Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius. Boil a cooking pot of water.

Step 5 : Pan-sear the Baby Pac Choy

In the same pan, add a little more oil and place the baby pac choy in it. Drizzle a small amount of water and simmer for 1-2 minutes until the pac choy is wilted and tender.

150 ml Home Made Teriyaki Sauce
280 g Salmon Fillet
140 g Soba Noodle
60 g Snow Peas
140 g Baby Bok Choy
10 g Spring Onion
80 g Red Radish
45 g Lime
2 g Mixed Sesame Seeds
10 ml Toasted Sesame Oil

Step 1 : Bake the Salmon

Use a spoon to peel the ginger, grate and mix it with teriyaki sauce to create a flavorful teriyaki mix. Lay the salmon in a dish and pour 1/4 of your teriyaki mix over it, ensuring it's well-coated. Let the salmon marinate for 5-10 minutes, and cook in the oven for 8-12 minutes.

Step 3 : Cook the Soba

Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the soba noodles for 2-3 minutes until they are tender yet firm. Drain the noodles, then return them to the pot. pour the remaining teriyaki mix and a drizzle of sesame oil. Season with black pepper and salt, tossing everything together for 2 minutes.

Step 2 : Prep the Ingredients

Thinly slice the red radish. Trim the ends off the snow peas. Cut the baby pac choy in half. Chop the spring onion diagonally and halve the lime.

Step 4 : Pan-sear the Snow Peas

Heat a pan over medium heat with a bit of oil. Add the snow peas and sear them for a few minutes, seasoning with a pinch of salt.

Step 6 : Serve and Enjoy!

Arrange the cooked soba noodles in a bowl and top them with the seared veggies. Place the caramelized teriyaki salmon on top, and garnish with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds. Serve with a slice of lime.
