Before you start
Preheat the oven to 180 Degrees Celcius or a bread toaster. Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Step 5 : Toast the Bread
Place bread slices on a tray. Toast in the oven for 2 minutes, spread garlic butter, then toast for 2 more minutes until golden.
180 g Fusilli Pasta
200 ml Pasta's Cooking Water
60 g Banana Shallots
7 g Garlic
100 g Sundried Tomato
300 g Shrimp
120 g Fresh Lemon
7 g Basil Leaves
5 g Fresh Parsley
2 g Fresh Dill
15 g Butter
10 g Parmesan Cheese
130 g White Bread, Sliced

Step 1 : Cook the Pasta
Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot. Cook pasta for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Reserve some pasta water for later, then drain and set aside.

Step 3 : Sauté the Shrimp
In a pan, sauté the garlic and onion in oil until translucent. Add sundried tomatoes, cook for 1 minute, then add shrimp and cook for 4 minutes
Step 2 : Prep the Ingredients
Finely mince garlic, thinly slice onion. Cut the lemon in half.. Chop basil, parsley, and dill. Slice sundried tomatoes thinly.
Step 4 : Simmer the Sauce
In the same pan, pour the reserved pasta cooking water, and let it simmer for 3 minutes. Add the pasta, lemon juice, dill, basil, parsley, butter, and parmesan. Stir everything, season with black pepper and salt, toss for 2 minutes to meld the flavors.
Step 6 : Serve and Enjoy!
To serve, divide the pasta onto plates, top with the shrimp, and serve with garlic-infused toasted bread.
