Cooking Instructions


Step 5 : Prep the Burger

Toast the potato bun, in the oven for 1 minute or until it's golden brown. Meanwhile, mix the mayo and siracha mayo, and cut the lettuce into bite size. Peel and slice the onion and the tomato. Spread the siracha mayo in the bun, place the lettuce, add the vegan patty, and top with the onion and tomato.

400 g Sweet Potato
1 g Smoked Paprika
400 g Black Beans
60 g Button Mushroom
40 g Parmesan Cheese
50 g Almond Flour
80 g Lettuce Lollo Verde
80 g Fresh Tomato
80 g Red Onion
80 g Kewpie Mayonnaise
25 g Sriracha Sauce
80 g Strawberry
50 g BlackBerry
10 g Whole Almonds
50 g Balsamic Dressing
2 units Potato Bun

Step 1 : Roast the Sweet Potatoes

Slice the sweet potato, then chop them into 8cm long pieces. Drizzle with oil, season with sweet pepper and salt, and roast in the oven for 25 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.

Step 3 : Bake the Patties

Place the vegan patties in a baking tray, and roast in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until brown.

Step 2 : Prep the Patties

Pop the black beans in a bowl, smash using a spoon or your hand, and add the thyme, mushroom, almond flour, parmesan cheese, a pinch of salt, and black pepper and mix thoroughly. Divide the patties, make a round shape, and press gently.

Step 4 : Make the Salad

Quarter the strawberries and halve the blackberries. Roughly crush the almond nuts, then combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Step 6 : Serve and Enjoy!

Plate the roasted sweet potato and vegetarian burger together with the salad. Finish by generously drizzling with balsamic dressing for added flavor.
