Step 3 : Make the Sauce

In a bowl, whisk together half of the vegetable stock, tahina, lemon juice, and yogurt. In a cooking pan, heat some oil and add the chopped onion and garlic. Cook them for 2-3 minutes until they're soft. Add the rest of the vegetable stock, then gradually pour the tahina-yogurt mixture into the pan, stirring continuously.

Step 2 : Prep the Patties

Take the beef and season it with salt and black pepper. Add three-quarters of the chopped parsley to the beef and mix thoroughly Divide the seasoned beef into portions, forming two patties per person. Gently press each portion to shape them into patties. Place the beef patties in an oven dish and top them with the sliced bell pepper and roast the beef patties in the oven, for 3-5 minutes.

Step 4 : Final Touches

Spread the tahini-yogurt sauce evenly over the beef patties in the oven dish. Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 7-10 minutes. The beef should be fully cooked, and the sauce should be hot and bubbly.

Step 6 : Serve and Enjoy!

To serve, divide the baked kafta tahini among the plates. Each serving should be accompanied by a portion of the freshly prepared lettuce, tomato, and cucumber salad.
