What comes in each delivery?Deliveries contain all the seasonal produce and speciality ingredients you need to create unique, flavorful meals for the week. In each box, we’ll send detailed recipe cards with step-by-step instructions to make dinner easy and delicious. Just bring salt, pepper, olive oil and an appetite!

Do you provide nutritional and caloric information?We always want to help our chefs make informed decisions when cooking with us, so we provide nutritional information for each recipe which includes the recipe’s ingredient list, nutrient breakdown, daily values and allergen information.

How long will my ingredients stay fresh?We advise that you place all items in the refrigerator immediately upon delivery, understanding that you are receiving temperature-sensitive ingredients. Depending on the weather, advance planning may be needed to ensure immediate and proper storage of ingredients prior to consumption.

Can I skip my delivery?Plans and preferences change - we keep up. Simply log in to your account and choose the week you would like to skip. Just remember to do so before your automatic renewal date (3 days before the next delivery).

How does the service work?Cooking with COOKFRESH meal kits is easy and convenient. With a range of recipes to choose from, you can customize your own meal plan and load your basket with the ingredients you need. The kits come with the exact amount of each ingredient, so there's no food waste. Plus, the recipe cards include easy-to-follow instructions and nutritional information, making it simple to create delicious meals at home with ease.

What if I don't select my own recipes?Our system creates a customized weekly order of recipes based on your plan and the preferences you selected during signup. You can keep the preselected recipes and receive your order, or you can customize your basket with whatever you like. You can also make changes to your basket or skip a week before the cutoff time

What do I do with the box/packaging?The cardboard box, insulation liner, bags, and bottles are made of recycled materials and may be entirely recyclable depending on your location. Simply place them in your recycling bin according to your municipality's regulations.

Do gift card purchases automatically result in the creation of a subscription?Gift card purchases are one-off transactions. Redeeming a gift card will not mean that the recipient will be charged on a weekly basis, and no further charges will apply unless they choose to make additional purchases or actively reactivate a subscription with us.

Can I purchase more than one gift card?Yes, you can determine the quantity of eGift cards you want to purchase.

Will I receive an email confirmation for my gift card purchase(s)?Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after purchasing a gift card. After your payment is confirmed, your giftee will receive an email with the eGift card code. This code can be reedemed at the checkout.

When will the person I am sending a gift card to receive it?Your gift card recipient will receive an email right after your payment is confirmed.

How can I edit my address and other personal details?To do changes: Log into your account, click your name in the top right corner, then click "My Account" Click on the added button "Edit" next to the "Details" label Update the necessary details and click "Confirm" at the bottom Please note that these changes must be done before the cut-off period in order for the information to apply to your next order.

How can I change my password?To update your password: • Log into your account, click your name in the top right corner, then click "My Account" • Click on the added button "Edit Security Settings" under the "Account Security" label • Enter your old password as well as your new password and click on "Change Password" button at the bottom
